Limitation of Liability
TurboVision provides professional advisory services based on our expertise and market knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results from following our recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, TurboVision's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We exclude liability for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption not directly caused by our negligence
- Decisions made by clients based on our recommendations
- Third-party platform performance or availability
- Market changes or technological developments after service delivery
This limitation of liability does not exclude or limit our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- Our recommendations will achieve specific business results
- Platform vendors will maintain current features or pricing
- Our analysis covers all possible factors or considerations
- Market conditions will remain stable after service delivery
- Third-party platforms will perform as expected
Clients acknowledge that platform selection involves inherent business risks and that our role is advisory only. Final decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
For clients located in the European Union, applicable EU consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.
We will attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Clients may also have access to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms under Norwegian or EU law.
Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Termination conditions include:
- Completion of all work in progress at the time of termination notice
- Payment of all outstanding fees for services delivered
- Return or destruction of confidential materials as requested
- Survival of confidentiality and intellectual property obligations
TurboVision may terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or illegal use of our services. Clients may terminate for convenience with appropriate notice and payment of fees for work completed.
Upon termination, clients retain access to delivered reports and recommendations but lose access to ongoing support and updates unless separately contracted.
Modifications to Terms
TurboVision reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through:
- Email notifications to registered clients
- Prominent notices on our website
- Updated terms posted on our website with revision dates
Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of our services.
For ongoing service contracts, material changes to Terms may require mutual agreement or contract amendments depending on the specific terms of the engagement.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TurboVision regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
